TERMS AND CONDITIONS

A few necessary strict bits that I have to lay out for all potential clients, kept as short and sweet as possible.

- Each artwork description is correct to the best of my knowledge and measurements are to the closest cm.

- I take every care to provide accurate colour representation, but between photography and computer screens there may be slight discrepancies in colour.

- Art is delicate, and mine is made up of many layers so please do take great care handling it to avoid accidental damage. 

- I always advise framing your piece with UV protective glass to reduce fading over time, and never hang it in direct sunlight for the very same reason. As tempting as it is to peek, please leave the protective paper on until your piece is framed to avoid the oils and pastels smudging.

- The copyright of each artwork remains with me, Rachel Bottomley, and may not be reproduced by anyone without my permission.

- I, or companies on my behalf, reserve the right to produce and sell prints of each artwork in the future.


DELIVERY & RETURNS

- All original artwork will be posted tracked and insured with the appropriate insurance for its value.

- All artwork will be carefully packaged and posted within 14 days of purchase.

- Shipping to Europe and beyond is available at checkout. If your country isn’t listed, just get in touch.

- Please allow up to two weeks for UK deliveries to arrive and up to three weeks for Europe & worldwide.

- If you have a more urgent deadline or specific delivery request, I’ll always see what I can do so please do email to ask the question!

- All art is sent from the UK. Please note that depending on your region and local customs duties, additional local charges may occur which isn’t covered in the shipping cost and will need to be settled by the client.

- You should receive an email with a delivery notification once your art is on its way. If you don’t within two weeks of purchase, please get in touch.

- In the incredible rare event that your artwork arrives damaged, please email me within 48 hours of receiving your order and save the original packaging. Take photos of the damaged artwork and packaging and include that in your email as evidence for us to use with the courier. 

- I don’t accept returns on original art or commissions, bespoke and personalised art which I very much hope you understand!
