PATTERN OF A PLACE
Pattern of a Place was inspired by the floral motifs I saw decorating tiles, walls and architectural details throughout Udaipur. I loved how flowers appeared again and again in so many different forms. This painting brings some of those details together – not recreating one particular pattern, but making something new from the ones that stayed with me.
